The warmth is created naturally through the fermentation of beneficial microorganisms. No gas or electricity is used—only the natural heat generated by the fermentation process, keeping the rice bran at a comfortable temperature of approximately 60–70°C (140–158°F).

Once you are ready, please take a quick shower to rinse your body. This usually takes about two minutes.
After your shower, please drink plenty of water before entering the rice bran enzyme bath to stay comfortably hydrated.
Lie down in a bed of warm, fluffy fermented rice bran while our staff gently covers your body with the soft rice bran, creating a comforting feeling similar to being wrapped in a warm blanket.
The natural heat produced through fermentation gradually warms your body, allowing you to relax while enjoying this unique Japanese wellness experience. You may perspire naturally during your session, which typically lasts about 15 minutes. Many guests also notice that their skin feels soft and smooth after rinsing off.
After leaving the rice bran enzyme bath, please take a shower and thoroughly rinse the rice bran from your body and hair.
This usually takes about 5 to 8 minutes, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to relax in our lounge.
After your shower, relax in our comfortable lounge while your body gradually cools down. You may continue to perspire gently for a short time after the enzyme bath, which is a natural part of the experience.
Enjoy complimentary herbal tea and candies while reading a book or magazine, and take your time to unwind.
If you would like an even more relaxing experience, we also recommend combining your visit with one of our esthetic treatments.
Once you feel comfortable and your body has cooled down, you can change back into your clothes and prepare to leave.
